Medal of Honor: Allied Assault
(hx) 05:43 PM CET - Jan,27 2002

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault (MoH:AA) is Quake 3 engine powered WWII-themed (1942-1944) straightforward first person shooter from developer 2015 (Wages of SiN mission pack creators). It's the first game in the Medal of Honor series to reach the PC, the first two Medal of Honor and Medal of Honor: Underground were developed by Steven Spielberg's DreamWorks Interactive for the Sony PlayStation. Like the Playstation predecessors, you play the role of Lieutenant Mike Powell, an American soldier - member of the famed 1st Ranger Battalion, as he travels from the battlegrounds of North Africa, to Omaha Beach, and finally, thrusting into the heart of Nazi Germany itself. I never played MoH on Playstation, but if I were to compare this game with the other shooters, MoH:AA feels like Quake set in WW2 with atmosphere of Steven Spielberg's Saving Private Ryan. The result is surprisingly very good game! I bet you will really feel like you're a soldier from WW2, especially on the beach landing with people getting gunned down everywhere - do you remember the intro scene from Saving Private Ryan? :) This game really makes you feel like you're in a movie.

The game is spread out over six distinct missions with a total of 33 levels, each mission taking place at a certain time and location starting in late 1942, and ending in early 1945. You can choose from realistic weapon models such as MP40 Sub Machine Gun, John T. Thompson Sub Machine Gun, the Springfield Sniper Rifle, M1 rifle, the U.S. Rifle, Caliber .30, M1918A2 Bar Rifle and many others including a Bazooka or Stielhandgranate 24. However MoH:AA doesn't break current trend of these games and provides only 10-12 hours of gameplay on the standard difficulty. Although developers tried to implement a lot of scripted sequences that keep the story interesting (you can put demolitions on tanks, you can control of a machine gun in the back of a jeep, etc), they forgot to make game more interactive, you cannot even destroy crap around you (pictures and other objects), seems Duke Nukem interactivity still owns. It's a bit lame to shoot enemies in an indestructible environment (well maybe I forgot some explosive barrels, but that's all) And lack of blood? Heh that sucks too :( Fortunately you can leech Guts Mod, which adds blood & gore to the game.
What about multiplayer? Well, MoH:AA really offers nothing that is not already available in other game. It doesn't mean that multiplayer sucks, but it's just not innovative in any respect. You can expect DM, team DM, team objective and round-based modes. Overall, MoH:AA is a very solid FPS shooter for those who likes regular simple shooters - run and gun fun, nothing more, nothing less. So if you like this genre, I sincerely suggest you grab this game! Download demos: SP demo / MP demo and visit the official MoH:AA website for more details.

snd: 5/5 - great sound and music, Germans actually speak German!, music dynamically adjusts to the action on the screen
gfx: 4/5 - definitely one of the best implementation of the Quake III engine, visually stunning environments, great level design that fits to the WW2 theme, realistic movement physics, no blood, collision detection problems
playability: 5/5 - incredible atmosphere&action - Omaha Beach rules!, surprisingly good AI, only 10-12 hours to complete (standard difficulty), realistic weapons, multiplayer has nothing new (but it's still fun), little repetitive missions, slow running, some claustrophobic levels :P, unsatisfying end of the game, nearly impossible to do any kind of stealth in the game
genre: WWII-themed FPS
platform: 2CD
release: January 2002
developer: 2015
publisher: Electronic Arts
Overall: 89%

Piece of crap. 5 years ago you had games like this on 3 floppy discs, and you could play them on a 486/66 + the was a storyline in it....

This game is buggy as hell. It's getting time that nVidia gets their dirty hands of the gameindustry, and let gamecompanies create joyfull games again, instead of slow cpu-eating polygon-crap.

Lame game. Do not buy it, it's full of bugs ! Serious Sam 2 is going to be the game of the year, this MOH is the LAME o/t year.

goddamn, wot the hell, some1 actually called MoH:AA a lame game? gee man this is like the game of the year, i know i cant afford a geforce# but it runs well on my old geforce2MX. Those who have been complaining abt this game must be running this game on unsupported graphics chip like voodoo or savage. hey guys, go out n spend abt 50bucks or so n get urself a geforce2mx n try the game again. There is no such thing as buggy, sucks in MOHAA. In fact, any game uses Q3TA engine are widely compatible and stable.

Appart from being one of the better implementations of Quake III engine, the incredible atmosphere marks the difference. People making negative reviews has no idea, Im sure they cannot distinguish their old grandmother from a top model. Buy it.

I have been playing both this game and Serious Sam 2, and me too I have to admit that Medal of Honor is boring compared to SS2, there's nothing new, no storyline, and the engine has been created in cooperation with nVidia and ATI to make people buy more overpriced junk like the GeForce 3 or the Radeon. Indeed, MOH doesn't offer anything new compared to 6 year old games, it just requires more memory, expensive videocards, and unbelievable CPU-performance, I guess they implement CPU-eating routines just for making us buy even more expensive shit...

MOHAA es excelente aunque con detalles para mejorar. Siempre aparecen comentarios de inutiles que tiran mierda contra juegos excelentes, no faltan nunca, tienen cerebros muy chiquitos.

boobposted - Jan, 28 2002 - 02:50
Fred, mebe u are right abt MoHAA doesnt have much storyline, but the scripted events in the game are going to make u play the same level over and over again jes to see them all. jes look at omaha beach level, have u ever seen any other game that has this much of details n event taking place at the same time? me afriad not. Geforce3 mebe overpriced but it aint junk. try games that are optimised for geforce3 then u know why it costs so much. newer games wif better graphics and better AI definitely require more processing power and u cant deny it. and guess what, im willing to spend money on newer hardware gadgets in order to play these new games rather than stuck wif doom for the rest of my life.

I just dont like this game, It didn't run on my system (Athlon XP-1800, 512MB, Geforce2MX) for some reason, and I returned it, I have played it at a friend, and I didn't see anyyjing special in it, this game is over-rumoured, happens quite a lot lately. and I won't upgrade to Geforce3 for just another dumb FPS, I'll rather wait for the Geforce-57, that means, I keep my money safe for another 6 months....

...this game is over-rumoured, happens quite a lot lately... I know what you mean bobie Since quake i was looking for a more realistic shooter game...and i found it in delta force (df1,2 and land warrior). And it rocks in multiplayer ;). Ever since then other games are claiming that they are the best game ever...I saw operation flashpoint, return to castle wolfenstein, ghost recon…ect ect ect… The most complete game I saw in this genre is operation flashpoint…but then again, the multiplayer sucks :( …the game is a bit too complete and swallows your memory like a madman :( The rest is old news in my book. Since delta force new games come out, better graphics ect…but the reason why I stick with delta force landwarrior? I know it hasent got the best graphics ect…but two clicks and you’re in multiplayer…and more then a hundered servers to choose from…And I kick some ass once and a while :)))

Comments from Fredd_Buss - Hey mister stupid guy! I bet you haven't played this game yet coz you said it doesn't have a storyline and You are WRONG! Steven Spielberg created MOHAA. And about you guys complaining about MOHAA being crappy and buggy, iI think the bugs and craps you get are MOHAA is so slow on your PC and that's because you got a SUPER LOW SPEC SYSTEM. We should face it guys that in the coming years we will be expecting greater Machine Specifications. A better CPU and a great Videocard and other resources are needed to Play a more realistic and full Interactive GAME. So if you are a cheap gamer that has a BAD PC I guess you shouldn't call Your SELF A HARDCORE GAMER AT ALL. Serious SAM 2 doesn't have a story line by the way coz all you do is to shoot and frag monsters. Not realistic at all. The only problem I had with MOHAA is it not being more interactive. And Don't you think playing this games feels like playing Return to castle Wolfenstein but its set in a different Environment. I also liked RTCW. :)

Fredd_Bussposted - Jan, 29 2002 - 02:30
Yow godblown lamefart, what I tell you is this, there is no storyline, and to temper your overreactions even more, Steven Spielberg didn't create MOHAA because he doesn't know the difference between a floppy disc and a harddisc, Perhaps you're too stupid to understand that Spielberg is a Movie-producer, not a gameprogrammer.... but that's your problem.... Together with the fact that MOHAA is even more lame to just duplicate a so-called storyline from a man's work, that make another lame move for MOHAA..... About you calling youself a hardcore gamer, that's pretty fine, besides the fact that people also need brains, and being a hardcore gamers isn't everything a man should wish in his life..... I do understand that you're living a misserable life as being a 'HardCore Gamer' , and you steal money out of yer parents pockets to go buying every new GeForce-card that becomes avaliable (every new beta-version of what could become a videocard one day) and shouting out loud that you're a hardcore gamers and that Steven Spielberg himself created a goddamn computergame, I don't give a fuck, you stupid looser, get a life Born Hardcore Loser !!!

Fredd_Bussposted - Jan, 29 2002 - 02:36
Oh BTW.... I really expected you to love RTCW too, that's exactly the same kind of modern trash.... You have one of the 2 problems. a) You became a hardcore gamer about 3 weeks ago (right before those 2 crappy games got dumped into the public) b) You're a pretty well-aged man who once enjoyed playing joyfull games, but got bored of them and now just loves to buy every fucking so-called new worldwonder called GeForce 1,2,3,4,5,6.....69, and the associated betaversions, or just have a braindesease and are so forgetfully that you can only remember the last 4 weeks of your miserable life.

Buffyposted - Jan, 29 2002 - 04:18
We have come to the age were hardware has become junkwere.... Release something new every 3 weeks, and there will always be lunatics who are willing to taste it every fuckin' time. There are also people that don't have thousands of dollars a year to spend for constantly keeping up with the current junk, if people prefer to use their old (if 6 months is what you call old) hardware, gamecompanies have to make certainly clear that you cannot play a game without the required minimum hardware. Unfortunatelly gamecompanies sometimes show use laughable low minimum requirements, so that not too many people got scared away from bying the crap & that's whats happening here. I have nothing against gamecompanies working together with the big ones (Ati/nVidia) but if they want to play it the dirty way, they have to take the negative reactions with it, including the existence of warez.... the version of Medal Of Honor I'm downloading right now.... I'm not willing to be confrontated with after-purchase reactions ala 'Yes Sire, but our game does not work with videocard X, it's in the manual.....' For being able to read the manual, you have to buy the game, and therefore I first try out the warez-release of it. Fine. That's said, and clarified.

Nanakiposted - Jan, 29 2002 - 14:52
Hah. Fredd_Buss, you need some serious help. This game has more of a storyline than any other game released lately... it's no Max Payne in terms of the story, since it changes and jumps around every time you get a new mission, but there most certainly is a point to shooting all the enemies, unlike Quake III or Unreal Tournament and those kinda games. I'm running this on a P3 1GHz with 512mb RAM and Geforce 3, no problems at all, but that's just the kinda system you need these days to play anything good. RTCW was also good, but its multiplayer was posing off DoD, that kinda pissed me off... but again, another good game that yes, DOES have a storyline. What do you play, mister "I know everything about what hardcore gaming is?" The Sims: Hot Date? Hahaha. Newbie.

VOODOO PROBLEMS?! OK, found this somewhere in some newsgroup. And it does work. Remove the *gl.dll files from the MOHAA folder (I just renamed them, in case). And copy the the opengl32.dll file from WickedGL. Works like a charm. Even plays the intro movie! I had to tap my space bar a time or two.

Gilgamexposted - Jan, 30 2002 - 05:46
Fred Buss really doesn't make very good points with his poor spelling and grammar. Fred, you really need to chill out you are making an ass of yourself. You talk about how MOHAA has no story in it, yet you praise serious sam? Serious Sam was about as storyless as they come. If I wanted braindead fps's I wouldn't need Serious Sam because I'd still only need DOOM. MOHAA has such a great immersive environment. And to all the people who say they can't get the game running on AMD XP 1800+ and Geforce2 cards, they need to learn how to fix their problems with their operating systems. It's either drivers or bad hardware. It's not the game.

Flipperposted - Jan, 30 2002 - 07:11
I'm running a 1GHz AMD Athlon and a VisionTek GeForce Ti500. I have frame rate problems, and have to run at a low resolution. I don't think EA did a very good job with the Quake 3 engine. RtCW seems to have better graphics and runs more efficiently. I also have problems with the game crashing and/or locking up. I have tried several different nVidia drivers. I don't think the game is really that great. It's good, but not great. The missions are quite short in many cases. The AI isn't so good. The mission through the town with snipers is absurd because you can never sneak up on the enemy. They always seem to be waiting and shoot you the instant you come into view.

Einsteinposted - Jan, 30 2002 - 13:57
AI is'nt nearly as good as the review says, sometimes (for example in the single player demo) Alied and axis forces stand within one feet of each other for seconds while they do nothing. Also, as a sniper you try to sneek up to the enemy and all enemies on your screen see you at once. So why do sniper at all? Beats me. No blood & gore and they mention "realistic". I spent several years in the military and did a lot of research on WWII. In my opinion: - Great graphics - Great sound - Great environment up to a point - (Very) bad AI - If you're a sniper you can as well go home. - Bad damage models (not present!) - Sometimes you hit the enemy with your BAR so bad, that his head should come off and he manages to shoot back! Could be one hell of a game but isn't. 45 of 100 in my book. Stick to Flashpoint if you want realism.

Flipperposted - Jan, 30 2002 - 17:56
Marco, I would consider 800x600 to be a low resolution. I typically run at least a 1024x768 resolution or higher. The GeForce3 does not seem to perform better than a GeForce2 at lower resolutions in games that don't use any of the special GeForce3 features. Only games like AquaNox and Ballistic are using the new DirectX8/GeForce3 features. The GeForce4 will be out in February, so the GeForce3 seems a waste at this point. I agree with Einstein, the production values of the game are high (sound, level design), but the AI is poor, and everything is too trigger- and script-driven. Enemy soldiers react instantaneously and don't miss. They constantly ambush you, as if they always know you are coming. They are inhumanly alert.

fyRwuRxxposted - Jan, 31 2002 - 03:50
UPSIDES - Great textures and graphics, sounds are excellent and the music really adds to the feeling. It is a very, VERY good rendition of what war might look like, and gives the player a full feel of wartime and being in war. Also, the Omaha Beach/Normandy/Operation Overlord missions are absolutely stunning. It's almost exactly like Saving Private Ryan, complete with sound bytes almost taken from the movie itself ("Clear the ramp! Thirty Seconds!", and "2 MG-42s, etc..."). The omaha missions are almost enough reason to buy thte game just for them. DOWNSIDES - the AI is very...lacking. the player does not truly feel like it is combat simply because of poor AI. enemies can detect you even when behind dense cover/brush, and just the NPC reactions/movements aren't totally believable. LOWDOWN- The EXCELLENT graphics and sound make up for the poor AI for the most part, and overall it's a great game. If anyone's played Operation Flashpoint, that's what i'm talking about about good AI. Give MoH:AA OFP's AI, and you'd have a damn near perfect game. Do not let me get you down, MoH:AA is WELL worth your purchase and you'll have a lot of fun playing it!!

Einsteinposted - Feb, 02 2002 - 18:27
biggsy - Delete the directory the game installed in. Run a regcleaner (tucows) to delete all registry entries for the game. Then restart and install the game. Should work.

Well.. As for bugs, I've come across a few. After a quick load on omaha beach, the guns stopped firing.. I causally walked up the beach. Pretty good that. I've also fallen through the landscape once, and wandered around able to shoot people from 'grey polygon land' under the ground surface. The AI is TERRIBLE, it's the "you're a threat, and there's a line of sight between a bad guy and you, so he'll shoot you" sort of thing. There's been times when there's a forest between me and a sniper and he's still putting bulets in my head, others (SPOILER: in the sub, pulled a pistol from BEHIND a bad guy - he turned around and shot me before I even had it raised). 'Friendlies' that block your way and wander out into the middle of a firefight, and when needed for an objective have no way of moving. I'm sorry, RTCW (even WITH the damn zombies) is far better than this game, and it's not even a shade on Half-Life, which is how old now? A licenced engine, practically no AI, the textures are decent at best, not even an in-game multiplayer browser. Did 2015 simply edit a few models, make a couple of maps and call themselves a software company? There's SO little innovation in this game.. it's quite dissapointing. I don't know if this is 2015s fault or EA pushing for an early release, but this game has fundamental flaws in it (read: bad AI) which NEED to be addressed. If it's a tossup between getting this and Wolfenstein, buy Wolf, it's got all this has and more, and is a far more polished product. PS. for those of you ready to flame me for a low-end system somehow causing bugs in the game (how did you guys get that idea in your heads, anyway?), I'm running a 1.3 athlon w/512mb DDR and an asus GF3 on windows 2k, so flame away

Guys, My experience is that its quite a fun game but with a few shortcomings. 1) the enemy A.I. is really irritating the way they know where you are before you anywhere near them, and 2) I find it very frustrating in certain places where you have to try about 80 f*cking times just to get past some f*cked up piece of the game! AHHHHHHH

biggsy - I feal your pain buddy! My computer would not recognise my cdrom when it came time to put the second disc in...So I deleted the dir and started over (me and your brother are idiots). Did the regclean as per Einstein, still the issue persists. Solution: "C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information" point your browser to this location on your HDD. you will find a few long ass folder names (eg. {0DEA94ED-915A-4834-A87E-388D012C8E02}). Within one of the folders is a setup.exe with a familiar icon (MOHAA setup icon). Double click on the setup to see if it starts that stupid repair/uninstall screen from the game. If so...voila! Move the folder with the long ass filename to some other location and try to install. The game goes to the initial install sequence. Cheers!

This game is a piece of crap, and not just graphically, but coz of the story and the sytem requirements. THis game is a system killer and u better forget about those low recommended systems wehre tehy say that 450mhz, 128mbram and a 16meg vid card is good enough. THis game was made so that ppl go and buy expensive stuff like the fucked up gf3. Well u can kiss my ass nvidia, i aint getting ur shit. Anyway to run this game u want at least an ATI radeon DDr or a GeForce2 GTS, for decent fps (but not hihg). I DO NOT recommend to anyone to buy this piece of shit.

You know what you god damn whiners, we're stepping into the future where your gonna hav to buy a better videocard, cpu, christ not everything is gonna run on your Atari you fucking idiots. Adapt, buy new stuff so you can have fun like the rest of us. MOH is a kick ass game, too bad you cry babies can't get any money from momma to upgrade from your Atari's. BLAH......on all you lamer/gamers, theres always something that you have to bitch about, maybe try looking at your systems for once and get it through your heads that sometime in this century your gonna have to update from that Atari.

System killer? I haven't a clue what you people are running but I ran this on a PIII800 256MB with a 32MB origional Geforce 256 card at 1078x 32bit color without a single slowdown. If your system specs are lower than this (ie all your components are over a year old) you probably shouldn't be buying new FPS's and complaining. If your system specs are better, and most of them seem to be, I would look at what crap you have installed. No system with better specs than this should be running at 12fps unless you are perhaps running seti at the same time :P

MOHAA is superb. PIII850 128Mb GeForce2Go 16Mb laptop and works a treat. Even better on my Desktop. Haven't seen any bugs yet. If they designed it to work on crap PCs everyone would moan it wasn't cutting edge. I think the balance is about right - it runs smoothly on a PC that cost less than £800 over a year ago.

Excellent Game!!! I cranked up my PC to maximum graphics settings and Omaha Beach looked AWESOME!!! I felt like i was there...By the way I runned MOHAA on a Windows XP, P4-1.9 GHZ, 512 Rambus Ram, Nvidia TNT2(of course i downloaded the update for xp from nvidia), 21 inch monitor, 6 speakers surround system of about 500 watts...when I started playing, I scared myself because it was so awesome looking and having all the settings to max...I was expecting a major crash but nothing happened. I played the game non-stop for 17 hours!!!(it was to good looking to leave). the only thing that bugged me was when i played it again, the freaking Network connections kept popping out when i was loading a new game..i guess xp still have a lot of bugs int it...It sucks...But to tell u the truth, Mohaa is a good game if you have the system for it..Another thing, i didn't like the ending, it could have been better...well Ciao!!

I have completed the game and I thought it was outstanding! Having Served in the Marines for 12 years I know a few things about weapons and sounds of rounds impacting around you. I have a P4 2.2 Gig 1Gig ram Gforce card with 21 inch monitor. Thanks to my wife. Playing the game with FULL EFFECTS on is nothing short of awsome! I have played PC games since the BEGINNING. Lunar lander the original. Watching the evolution of games come out of the two tone begining I think the future of games are goign to require heavy duty PC's with heavy duty cable internet access to play them. Most complaints I have heard are from people NOT playing the game in true format.FULL GRAPHICS. Thats where the game stands out! To those who think its just another boring 3rd person shooter. I only have this to say. To even "PLAY" a soldier in this game storming the beach is a peak into history from thier point of view. So before you pass judgment on MOH too quickly. Remember and try to thing what the game is representing. The actual events that happoned. Not like quake . Try to run the game in full graphics.. if your pc bogs down. IT SUCKS.. Thats one of the reasons you hate the game.

OK OK OK... THI GAME IS SUCKS WHY??? cuz i don't see anything good about it, it is a copy for DOD and the new beta of DOD make it kick ass game i mean what is the point of waseting mony on MOH i can just d/l DOD and play even it is more fun. and for people who are saying that yuk if you are still playing Half life will you can kiss my ass, show a game that it did beat half life, half life with all the mod for it is number 1 game online and singlplayer.

Bunch of n00bs. I bet that not even 50% of you people have actually played this game. -No storyline? Wtf? MoH contains the best storyline of the decade. The only thingf that can compare to this is Half Life. -Buggy? I have this game for over a week now, and it runs very smooth. It never crashed so far. If your copy is crashing, format your hd :p -High system requirements? Hmz, i don't know about older systems, but i'm playing this game on my PIII 800mhz with 128 MB RAM and a GeForce II MX and it runs smoothly, even in 1024*768. You don't need to have a GeForce 3 or something like that. -Crapy graphics? Sure, if you play the game in 640*480. The graphics are wonderful in higher resolutions. -Slow game? If your used to playing stuff like Quake 3 or Unreal Tournament. But here things don't go that fast coz theres something called realism. It may be weird the first time, but after a while you'll begin to apreciate it. Trust me. If you're looking for a great multiplayer experience then you should'nt buy this game. The multiplayer is way ebtter in Wolfenstein. BUT, if you're lokking for one of the best singleplayer games out there, then you should buy Medal of Honor. Its worth your money. I have both games, and i play MoH for the great SP, and RTCW for the outstanding MP. Everybody should give MoH a try, this game rocks, and everybody who's saying that it sucks is a n00b, that probably has'nt even played the demo.

I can't afford to upgrade at the speed things are moving (I build my own systems piece-by-piece.) but what I have can handle it. 1.14Ghz proc. 32 MB AGP vid. 512MB DDR RAM. this game has actually caused me to NOT use cheats or trainers...I actually WANT to beat the missions...... FAIRLY...odd really, cheats and trainers are my way when things get tough, but this one is different..don't know how yet. but different..

Awsome... Just Bloody awsome. The only drawback in this game is the reduced violence level shit. The game has no blood whatsoever. BUT.... playing it will make you forget your wildest fantasies. And what are u guys complaining about bugs..... WHAT BUGS...??? Omaha beach part is super cool. The AI is cool but not as per expectation. And believe me pals I played it on a damn P3 (non-defragmented) 800mhz bloody machine, and with no probs. For the cheats to work, u gotta get the console up and then try the cheats, they work perfectly well too (had to try them in the last level. it got too tough). My experience awsome. Go for it. Its one game u just cant miss. And for the guy who says that this sort of a game could be got years back to be played on 486 etc etc... well man if ur still in the wolf 3d first generation category.... its time to buckle your seat belts....cause dorothy is goin bye bye. Anyways guys play it and kick ass. ITS WORTH EVERY CENT.

Medal of honor fix Ok here it is after i show you how to fix this you will sing my priases. Please make this information available to others as i think medal of honor is one of the greatest games ever created along with hitman2 if you have not download using shareazaa and play it. I can't wait for call of duty its better that mohaa but i still love mohaa. Note: You may need to locate another file other than Pak5.pk3 search the pak files 1 - 5 using win rar to locate the file related to your error. Example: if you are trying to fix a problem with maps/dm/mohdm3.min search for the pak file that has mohdm3.min and apply the fix below to that file. Any way here goes: 1. go to your mohaa main file eg c:\Program Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA\main 2. locate the pak5.pk3 file and wuse Winrar to open it. 3. click on commands then click repair archive, make sure Treat the corrupt archive as Zip option is selected 4. click Ok to begin repair process. 5. close winrar 6. open the dos command prompt: click start then run type:cmd.exe 7. type c:\Program Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA\main 8. type dir/w to pull up a list of all the files 9. type del pak5.pk3 10. find the rconstructed file you should see a file that looks like this (note:i may not have used the correct name for this file). type: rename pak5.pk3 11. thats it your done. Tell me if this works! it has been my pleasure to assist all you die hard gamers like myself out there. You may e-mail me at with you thanks. any donations you would like to send are welcome. Just Kidding He He Ha Ha! I love the internet a high school teacher like me can bring solutions to thousands accross the globe from my small home office here in beautiful Nassau, Bahamas.
