This Ubisoft press release officially announces its upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game, specifying the PC, Xbox 360, PS2, PSP, GBA, GameCube, DS, and Wii as target platforms (no PS3 version apparently) and offering March 13, 2007 as a release date.
