The new Raptor retains the 10K-RPM spindle speed of previous models, but boosts cache and capacity to 16MB and 150GB, respectively. Western Digital has also added support for NCQ, although the drive's Serial ATA interface tops out at only 150MB/s. The first extensive review can be found on
