Can you actually get 10Gbps speeds at 300 feet of Ethernet cable? We put Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, Cat7, and Cat8 to the ULTIMATE test to find out! The results were NOT what we expected. You won't believe which cable came out on top!

Based on the screens I see in the scrollbar, Cat6a seems to be the best.

but as for those videos that are public or embeddable on other sites and within a few hours the author of the video changes his mind and changes it, unfortunately I can't do anything about it  |

Optical is the good way to do longer runs anyway. Hell, I converted my home network backbone to 10 gig fiber just for shits and giggles, the switches cost nothing now and the fibers aren't expensive either. |
