both xbox and playstation will use navi gpu. Navi is developed for consoles. What came to PC market is just a leak from that development.

The one thing PS4 got right was the controller. Do that with a bigger or replaceable battery and you're good for PS5 again.
I care not much for the console itself, I plug the PS4 controller in my PC.
