Ummm....Cool... Damn I was told by someone (in dev team) Torchlight was dead..HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.. only concern is the shared world... but looks really cool. I loved the Torchlight games...
EDIT: Wow been reading into this whole thing..amazing confusion.. I question how close this game is really going to be with it's predecessors.. Have to wait for some game vids i guess. See if I can weasel my way back in.... 
I thought there was a Titan's Quest coming too... sure I saw something.. again, same deal.. company tanked and game/IP gone through different hands.
