It appears that two dev builds of STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl have been leaked online. According to the logs, each of these dev builds is around 190GB in size, and they are most likely playable.

It's a curious experience, but a super buggy dev build that is ultimately not worth it in its current state. It also has a constant spasm attack as you progress through the map, even with an RTX 3080+
