It's already hard to cool the 300-ish watt cards at bearable noise levels with air. These monster will probably require water cooling and plenty of it.

AORUS I mentioned above is quiet because



but yes, it's expensive to cool. I hate my feet getting toast from GPU temps, quiet or not.
