If I understood correctly, these are only on consoles and I saw some reviews and game looks worse than fallout 4. Basically, it's trash graphic wise, on consoles. I guess this is the first time some people got to look at the gameplay in a bad light since everything so far has been very tightly controlled by CDPR.
