ent board and the player that destroys two out of three towers will win the game. The utimate goal in Artifact is to build a deck of collectable cards, obtained primarily via trading, in order to defeat an opponent in a 1v1 situation, and this video will give you an idea of what you can expect.

Of course, they will in no way shape or form release decks for sale (every month) that if you don't have you stand no chance of winning against those that do.
They don't plan on doing that. That is not the only thing behind the existence of this game at all.
