Either you don't know how to hold it properly, or it'd just bad design.
I can't tell because I have never fired one of these myself and it's not obvious from the video.
Either way, it does not appear to be sitting on your shoulder as it should. |

I'd just ask a question here: how much of kickback does pressing a button on a mouse (or geypad) has and how is that affecting your aim, shoulder pain etc. Other than that, hardly anything else matters since you know, apples / airplanes sort of thing here... |
