Whats the point in this section?
Is this to discuss all the latest developments in CD and DVD technology or something?
BTW, is this section for DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW and DVD-RAM, or are they seperate?? |

Ok, so I'm new to the whole burn to DVD thing--I have several Wakeboarding/Snowboarding videos I'd like to burn to DVD, but don't know which ones I can. I have some in MPEG format and some in AVI format. Ultimately I'd like to burn 1 or 2 video's to a dvd (SVCD?) so I can watch it on my DVD player/TV. IS this possible and what do I need to do. I have several Software programs, but have not tried any of them yet as I need to study up on how to do this. |

Until someone can reply with more detail, you might find this website useful:
http://www.doom9.org
Has all sorts of guides on there, including downloads and more; have a looksee |

yea, i was going to write a tutorial but to be honest, you might aswell get teh detail from doom9 as they have complete tutorials and downloads available from there!
I can troubleshoot though if you have a problem, but its prolly a good idea to make a new topic instead of posting in this one!
