Half-Life dedicated servers v1.1.0.8 & CS v1.3 Released - patch

Valve Software has released new dedicated servers (Blues News, Fileplanet)for Half-Life in anticipation of the client patches that are expected later today. As usual, there are updates and full installs of the Win32 and Linux servers available, and they bring a bunch of new changes and additions, as well as a handful of bug fixes.
In addition, the official website Counter-Strike website (Fileplanet,
Blues
News, 3D Gamers) has new Counter-Strike 1.0.0.3 patches. The major new features are multi-cast spectator technology and ingame voice technology.
