- Journey's End demo v1.20 - A new demo for
Journey's End is now online, bringing this budget-priced first-person RPG by Bright Light
Productions to version 1.20. This new demo includes their "BrightNet massive
multiplayer game system," new cutscenes and music, an enhanced interface and better
control configurability, and the proverbial more.
- Team Factor Interview - De Spelletjesgarnaal has posted an
interview with 7fx's Pavel Sinagl as he talks about their upcoming multiplayer
oriented game Team Factor.
- AvP2 Non-Player Characters & Vehicles - According to AVPNews, In
AvP II, there'll be enemy NPCs (non-player characters) that we'll have to fight against;
friendly ones we'll have as teammates; friendly and unfriendly vehicles that we'll meet,
as we progress through the upcoming single-player missions.
- Homestation fake? - According to Eurogamer, Microsoft
have strongly denied rumours printed in this month's PC Format about the alleged successor
to Xbox, known as HomeStation. The console-cum-set-top box is not in development, a
spokesman said, and there are no plans for Xbox games ever to work on set-top boxes
according to Microsoft of Japan.
XBox 2 to use P4 & nVidia chipset - Microsoft's Xbox successor,
tentatively dubbed the HomeStation, will indeed be based on Nvidia' nForce chipset and
Intel's Pentium 4 processor, a source familiar with the machine's development have told The Register.
- New Evil Twin Movie - SpelletjesGarnaal has posted a new movie
(10MB) of Evil Twin: Cyprien's Chronicles, the upcoming 3D platform action game by French
developers In Utero.
- Patrician II Preview - GameSpy has written a new review
of Patrician II, the sequel to Patrician, a medieval trade game in the works at German
developer Ascaron Software.
- Heroes IV Sexy Artwork - ToTheGame has posted tons of Heroes of
Might&Magic IV Artwork. You can see Goblins, Dragons, Golems, Champions, Nagas,
Sprites, Orcs, Phoenixs, Pirates, Satyrs, Trolls, Vampires, Angels, Cyclops etc.
