  • The I of the Dragon - trailer - Zuxxez Entertainment and Primal Software of Moscow released a trailer for the flight action RPG "The I of the Dragon" due for release in Europe in Q2 2004.
  • Driv3r trailer - Driv3r.com (Flash req.) has put out a new trailer showing off gameplay footage from their sequel. The trailer can be also found on Gamestar.hu and FileRush
  • Siberia II trailer - Microïds' Syberia II trailers page now offers downloads of a new Siberia II trailer.
  • Pro Rugby Manager 2004 video-interview - Digital Jesters has completed a seven-minute documentary (59MB) showing in detail how Pro Rugby Manager will turn us all into Clive Woodwards. The featurette, which includes an exclusive interview with the developers Cyanide, covers all aspect of the game, from the depth and accuracy of the players, to the full matches ­ presented for the first time in glorious 3D.
  • Linux UT2004 Demo Patch - Icculus.org has released a patch to update the Linux version of the Unreal Tournament 2004 Demo. The patch fixes the "ping" field and adds hooks for an external text-to-speech processor. Mirrors: 3DGamers, AVault and FileFront.
  • NWN: Patch 1.62 Beta 2 - BioWare has released the second revision of the 1.62 beta patch for "Neverwinter Nights" and expansions.
  • CSLA II Operation Flashpoint mod update v2.01 - The chaps at Flashpoint.Tiscali.cz fansite have released a new update v2.01 (8MB ~ changelog) for their popular CSLA II modification for Operation Flashpoint.
  • SOLAR Campaigns Unveiled - With Breed now completed for the most part, its developer Brat Designs has already announced plans on their web site for their next game, SOLAR: Campaigns - the multiplayer oriented sci-fi action game. "SOLAR" is a tightly focused, near future, battlefield gaming experience allowing both single player and multiplayer modes over vast terrains, with up to 32 players in a game. Single player games use multiplayer maps with the addition of advanced AI bots to simulate multiplayer gaming styles."
  • Paranoia Returns - Mongoose Publishing of Swindon, Wilts., UK announced an agreement with the creators of the fondly remembered tabletop roleplaying game Paranoia, to develop and publish a new edition of the game, Paranoia XP. The new version will be written and produced by legendary game designers Allen Varney and Aaron Allston, with participation by Paranoia's original co-designer Greg Costikyan. The developers will conduct their discussions about the game on a blog hosted at www.costik.com/paranoia, and those interested in the game are invited to comment and participate in the process.
  • Game Factory Interactive to publish ALFA: Antiterror - Game Factory Interactive has singed a contract with MiST Land - South. Since now GFI presents worlwide interests for three projects: tactical simulation ALFA: Antiterror, cyberpunk tactical strategy with RPG elements Power of Law and RTS with a wargame elements Warfare.
  • Infinium Labs ready to haul HardOCP into court - Infinium Labs have announced it may file a legal complaint against hardware information site HardOCP for defamation. According to an Infinium PR rep, HardOCP was "one of the original sites to have spread misinformation" about makers of the to-be-released Phantom game console.
  • City of Heroes comic book - NCSoft announcing that an official monthly comic book series based on their upcoming super hero MMORPG City of Heroes is in the works
  • Counter-Strike FAQ - CS-Nation has just launched newly updated Counter-Strike FAQ.
  • Movies, CDs, Games to Carry FBI Copyright Warning - Trade groups representing the U.S. entertainment industry said on Thursday that new CDs, DVDs and video games would carry a stark warning about the legal penalties for unauthorized copying as part of an effort to combat digital piracy. The new and more prominently displayed warning will read: "The unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this copyrighted work is illegal. Criminal copyright infringement, including infringement without monetary gain, is investigated by the FBI and is punishable by up to five years in federal prison and a fine of $250,000."

omg, talk about gayness! BeyondUnreal doing a 'review' on UT2k4! LOL!! i've seen stupid things before but that takes the cake! geee! ya think Beyond"Unreal" is going to rate it badly??? Pshhhaaww! i can't wait for the Atari review of UT2k3 or how about PlanetUnreal!! wooo, ya bring me honesty!!!yaaa!
