- Battlefield: Vietnam Impressions - PC.IGN has posted
a brief
impressions from Battlefield: Vietnam, based on seeing the upcoming
Digital Illusions-Electronic Arts FPS during the recent Nvidia press event.
- Dungeon Siege Expansion Preview - GameSpy is the latest site to
post
a preview of Legends of Aranna, the Dungeon Siege expansion pack that just
went gold and will be in stores pretty soon.
- Hordes of the Underdark Q&A - GameBanshee has posted
Neverwinter Night expansion Q&As, asking various BioWare people about the
upcoming Hordes of the Underdark. Another Q&A can be found on
Neverwinter Vault.
- LawDogs Interview - HomeLAN has posted
an
interview with Lawdog's "Gusher" as he talks about their work on the
recent UT 2003 Wild West themed mod.
- Valve's Counter-Strike - Condition Zero Interview - 1UP.com has
posted
an
interview with Counter-Strike: Condition Zero's newest developers,
as Mike Booth of Turtle Rock Studios talks about their work since they "took
over development of CZ around the end of July."
- VALVe Software/Doug Lombardi Interview - The folks over at
Games Radar managed to get hold of Doug Lombardi of VALVe Software,
currently working on the highly anticipated action title Half-Life 2. The
two-page interview deals with questions like how they prepared the
development, the contextual artificial intelligence (try saying that three
times in a row), Half-Life 2 weapons and striders.
- Jaxe Unveiled -
The
Fluid Games website unveils plans for an upcoming 3D fighting game called
Jaxe from the developers of The Rage, though no planned release date is

- Seal of Evil announced -
Seal of Evil
is set in the last few years of the Warring States period in ancient China
more than 2,200 years ago. At that time, Qin gradually became the most
powerful state in China and began making an overall plan to conquer the other
six states. Meanwhile, Qin troops kept attacking the Baiyue people living in
the southwest of China.

division is saying that

- Advance Movie Service Begins - As mentioned a couple of days
back, Japanese manufacturer AM3 is all set to ship its
Advance Movie device for the GBA. The device will ship to Japanese retail
on 11/20 at a cost of 3200 yen (around USD28).
- Ultimate Gamers Expo Announce Dates for 2004 -
The Ultimate Gamers Expo (UGE)
announced that the Expo will make its debut August 20th-22nd, 2004 at the Los
Angeles Convention Center. Ultimate Gamers Expo is the first-ever massive
gaming festival for the general public where attendees can "test drive" the
hottest upcoming and current games, participate in competitions and experience
the action that, until now, only game industry insiders have been exposed to.
