Drake Interview - interview
|
| (hx) 09:18 AM CEST - Aug,28 2003 |
HomeLAN has posted
an
interview with Idol FX's Stephan Ljungqvist and Johan Sjoberg as they talk
about Drake, their
upcoming cel-shaded third person action game for publisher Majesco. According to
interview, the game will be out in early November. Here is a slice:
HomeLAN - What other unique game play features will the game have?
Ljungqvist and Sjoberg - You mean besides being able to run on walls, back flipping off it, firing your guns in any direction throughout the whole acrobatic maneuver while mastering the double fisted weapon system and perfecting your attacking tactics by equipping a different type of weapon in each hand. Then showering your opposition with a hailstorm of bullets while each arrant bullet missing an enemy causes destruction in the completely interactive environment...blowing apart glass, lamps, crates, urns, bottles, windows etc. All while doing this in slow or Freeze Motion to fully experience the cinematic visual each piece of the environment you just tore apart with bullets provides. I think that pretty much covers the bulk of the gameplay experience.
