Dredd vs Death Q&A - interview
|
| (hx) 01:15 AM CEST - Jul,31 2003 |
Jolt.co.uk have conducted
an
interview with Chris Kingsley of Rebellion as he anwers some questions about
the upcoming Judge Dredd FPS game, Dredd vs Death, due for release for PC and
consoles in the not-too-distant future. Here is a taster:
Q:How scalable are the graphics for PC? Not just for low-end machines, what do the high-end machines get?
A: The minimum specification PC on which you can run Dredd Vs. Death is a Pentium 3 or AMD Athlon 700MHz with 128 MB RAM, running a 32MB Geforce 1, but of course the more power your PC has, the more you will get out of the game, such as smoother curves, better textures, full screen anti-aliasing, a better frame-rate (frame-rate is scaleable to individual PCs), and the ability for those with a monster PC to run the game in a resolution of up to 1600 x 1200. However, due to Asura's immense scaleability, Dredd Vs. Death will make the most of even a minimum-spec machine and provide a very immersive gaming experience.
