A.S.K. Homework let us know that they have have released
a playable
demo (42MB) for
Ball Adventures,
their upcoming 3D pinball game. They also sent us dozen screenshots from this
game. Here is a bit about Ball Adventures:
Ball Adventures is more than a simply pinball game with PC conversion. It's a pinball game with real-life physics, superb 3D graphical engine, high resolution textures and various musics, sound effects and vocals. Take a part in the adventures of a ball through 3 different themes. Enjoy the advantages of your 3D videocard. Play with your friends against each other, make more score to get on the High Score list.
Ball Adventures features a new graphical engine (DirectX8.1 API), which insures the smooth movement of about 100.000 polygons and high resolution textures on the scene, a new physical engine for more accurate ball movements and more varied ramp structures. One of the new options is the bechmark mode, where you can test your computer power within the game environments.

Goto try the game and kicks to desktop once the Menu screen appears. Anyone else having issues. Running Windows XP, GF4 Ti4200, AMD 1400, 592 Megs. All the latest drivers and updates. Anyone find a workaround for this the info would be appreciated. Tried compatibilty mode as wel.. Even though that hardly ever works for anythin that it should. |
