UT 2003 Demo - demo

As promised, Epic has released the official playable demo for
Unreal
Tournament 2003, the multiplayer first-person shooter. What more do
you need to know!? The demo clocks 97MB and offers four maps: two
Death Match, one Capture the Flag, and one Bombing Run; as well as one player
model and many of the weapons from the full game. The maps are called: Citadel,
Antalus, Asbestos, and Anubis. Mirrors:

Gfx is great but sometimes...I can't locate my enemies properly in the midst of the chaos. Also the master server can't even cater for the load it's getting...so that kinda sucks! I give a 8/10 for the demo...I know the full version will be even better. |

One thing I didn't like about it was the lack of gore. I was shocked to see an option to turn off the gore. What gore? You can't even gib the carcass after a kill to show whos the boss like in the old UT. |

Of course, unless you don't have the hardware to play... Without BF1942, UT2003 itself is a very promising title, it has a couple features which I think really set a new standard for a fun FPS. |
