Neverwinter Nights Patch v1.23 - patch

BioWare has released another patch for Neverwinter Nights, updating its 3D role-playing game to version 1.23. This new patch features various bugfixes, removes SecureROM disk checking, optimizes some multiplayer code for modem/high-ping users, etc (see patch details). The patch is available for download from here (manually) or as always you can use the recommended auto-updater.
