Novalogic either have programmers who have been with them since the 90's with no imagination or they simply arent good enought to churn out TOP games anymore !
Look at the MOD team who produced TO - Tactical Ops for Unreal Tournament now thats sheer class ! | |

Its all about what you like and the virtual environment of the game. UT has a limited environment and players tend to be very individualistic. Its a good kill-fest though. New UT maps are relatively not very common.
The Delta Force series is much more tactical, has expansive enviroments, and its easy to make all kinds of maps.
Since you can stuff alot of objects in a map, the game-play is less individualistic, more tactical, makes players work together more. The fun too is creating maps that allow for different action.
The two games, as an example, are not the same and you don't get the same experience.
DF:BHD has lots of new objects, has great atmosphere, lots of buildings and objects to drop a claymore. Nothing like a good claymore trap. I'm looking forward to DF:BHD.
