MechWarrior 4: Black Knight is a regular expansion pack for MechWarrior 4 which includes one new campaign (22 missions), seven new weapons, five new mechs (75-ton Black Knight, the 55-ton Ryoken, the 30-ton Uller, the 35-ton Wolfhound, and the 90-ton Sunder) and new multiplayer gaming modes (Absolute Attrition, Mech Strongholds, Siege Assault, Goliaths, and Clan vs. Inner Sphere). Maybe you don't know, but this mission pack has not been designed by the same development team which did the original game. It doesn't really matter because Cyberlore made expansion packs to the popular strategy games such as Warcraft II,  HoMM II and to its own strategy game - Majesty, so they aren't beginners. However how you can see, there is not much new here. You will appreciate solid campaign for seasoned players and new multiplayer modes which provides plenty of fun. But all else seems to be almost the same as MW4 so the price 30 bucks for a simple expansion pack is damn expensive fun :( I think it should really be in the $20 range. I very liked MW4, but Black Knight dissapointed me, I expected little bit more. I strongly recommend you to ignore lame story, skip the stupid missions and enjoy the rest :P If you loved Mechwarrior4 you will probably buy this add-on anyway, but really don't expect much more than the original MW4 did...
