Another real time strategy is out, like it or not. MayDay looks pretty
similar to Dune II or Warcraft series, and I could hardly find, why to play
MayDay instead of mentioned favorite titles. Anyway, the game can be
a fine refreshment, if all your Warcraft missions are finished, all Dune
enemies destroyed.
snd: 3/5 - some of the sounds look like to be copied from other games, the own noise of the vehicles is totally stupid
gfx: 3/5 -
not bad, but won't blow your eye, isometric 3D look, animation of the vehicles is poor
playability: 3/5 -
An average fun, sometimes really frustrating control of the units. However, here's four dozens missions including destruction, evacuation, save, naval scenarios, with 3 different confederations with different units and therefore different strategy approach too.
