I don't get it.
Chinese are the first to crack any new releases in the US.
That, plus being a pretty big country suggests that there are more illegal copies being used than anywhere else in the world.
So. Why do the the Chinese even bother with this clumsy approval process?
By the time the approvals are in, tons of people are done with the US copy of the game.
Is this perhaps an attempt to simulate black and grays markets even more in the country? |
