3.6 million units sold. Between R&D costs, salaries, production costs, I doubt they even made 50 million surplus... To pay what court ordered, they would need a deal or a loan, or a miracle. They should just go default unless they can get rid of that 500 million fine. They are not going to get far anyway. Oculus Rift is going to have to be pulled from the market, and competition is getting ahead of them anyway. And there is that hefty price tag on a market now split between 3 competitors, and Sony just started...

It appears that the corporate greed truly has no limits.

I guess Carmonkey could get up to 50-75 (with damages an interest). (?)
