Comparison between E3 demos and retail version of recent Ubisoft games. I encourage you to not only focus on textures or lighting, but also on animation, level design, assets, physics, and sound. Recorded in 1080p at max settings on PC with a controller.

That's basically systemic fraud. Show something awesome, sell crap. Bait and switch, at the very least.

And they'll say "we downgraded things to make it run better and be more compatible on more machines". And/or you are basing your comments on a demo/beta which is not a true representation of the game. Nothing new or unexpected or not seen before by other companies. COD, BF, Siege to name a few. Look amazing in videos and then you run it on your PC and it just doesn't look the same.

Wow.. thats gawd damn f**king disgusting... the Division stuff alone is just... criminal-level material how bad it looks vs the original promos. How frick'n typical in this age of eye-candy woes all but in the end they simply could not deliver as either consoles held the tech back OR the engine was a load of wh*re as modern PCs should wayy easily be able to drive these new gfx engines WITHOUT Pascal or Vega. Mad

This has been going on for fucking ages, now you whine about it? LOL! Of course that's how it works, bait you with early game clips and shit and on release it's literally a different game.

That's why I am waiting to see for Deus Ex.. the gfx look great in the videos but I'm 100% sure the final product will not look the same, but the question is how far off will it be.
