So, only upgrades are free. Full installs are not.
Upgrading Windows is shooting yourself in the leg. |

Ya I'll get an OEM copy myself. Upgrade route was never satisfying enough for me and I don't feel like spending a week cleaning up the registry and getting rid of old files. |
