's QuakeCon, but it sounds like the rest of us won't get a peak at the next game in the beloved series until sometime in 2015. Speaking to PC Gamer, Bethesda's Pete Hines revealed that that's because development is still in the early going and that the game isn't quite ready for a public reveal just yet:

I think too early to say that. I'd say Wolfenstein was more like DNF. They tried to make a Wolfenstein game and going far to reach back at some things that were funny in the original games but kinda failed. The AI like DNF is just horrid. You can sneak up and knife a guy 5 feet beside another bad guy or dog and both wont see you. That to me is just horrible. How do you release crap like that. DNF though was a huge flop. I'd be ashamed to have been part of that team. Duke3D and mods were/are better. Carmack left iD for a reason and maybe we will see exactly why when Doom is released because they f'd up huge on Wolfenstein.

but the thing is, I saw a triler and presentation for wolfenstein last year, 2013. For Doom the reveal date is set at 2016, 2 years from now, release is probably going to go for Q1 2017. I will have a quantum processor by then, maybe even a wife and 2 children...
