Played it for about an hour at the neighbour - I played it until I have beaten a couple of nagas at the lighthouse (cleared level 1).

Pretty nice so far, though it takes some getting used to after real-time games: this one's completely turn-based. This also means that you have time to think, unlike in Skyrim and others. Monsters do spawn a few steps behind you, however, so it can get tough at times - save often.

I think that the models look familiar from HMM6, it's nice to see them up close.

I'm surprised how many of the more advanced features are missing (setting up combos, automatic turning/sidestepping at corners, etc.).

What bothered me most was that I could not check the skills of a fighter while I was at a trader (I had to exit and come back again) - and a few similar limitations.

I could not learn new skills thus far - only improve existing ones - which means your party is stuck with whatever it started out with. I am hoping this is just a limitation at the first city and not for the whole game...

Some of the comments the party members make are annoying after a while...

There are some FOV issues - 16:10 here.
