Maybe Windows 8 is using up most of the resources.

This "next-gen" console isn't even out yet and it can't do 1080p. Games will only become more demanding in the future and the system will become weaker with age. Today it's 720p, perhaps future games will be 480p.

The PS4 appears to be the more powerful system for a number of reasons, because it's dedicated to games as games is its first priority, where the Xbox One is mainly a TV box and games are secondary.

Isn't it the wrong term? You can't allocate resources that you don't have.
Does not look next-gen at all. Though I said that many times already. Next-gen is 4k.
Next iteration/release/skin would be a far more accurate description. Maybe 'current gen'.

Ghosts (at least multiplayer videos I have seen) looks like ass on the PC, so this isn't too much of a shocker. Game looks like a monumental crapfest all around.
