Hey at least they tell you unlike Sony who pushes EULA's like they have a EULA generator. Or better yet, they hide the items in gibberish crap of their EULA. Sure I'll read your 20 pages of EULA shit. Whatever! It's how they pushed OtherOS, which had a news item come "after the fact". How they put DRM all over your PS3, buried somewhere in a EULA but never actually publicly stated. Terms of Plus! membership that changed after you bought it. Eg. removal of items if you didn't renew. Of course the only thing they didn't put in the EULA was the open invitation to hackers to attack their non-protected network with all your credit card information there.
