yah fucking right... iD software haven't delivered a best shooter in fucking ages... infact Quake3/2 might have been the last one if that.. with a fair amount of mod/map development... but even that wasn't brilliant when you smacked it up alongside Unreal Tournament.

Doom3, Wolfenstien, Quake Wars, Quake Live(ultra fail)... nah i'm not seeing best shooters here... average forgettable shooters more like!

So while I'm not a huge fan of Fallout3(V.A.T.S shit targetting, seriously lets it down for any fps fan) it could have been better in other areas.. I do think this is a good merge... cleary iD software have lost the plot and there games have been pretty meh suckage.. I think Epic have done a better job in overall games/engine usage since the UT release... ofc Epic suck on the PC with there shity console scrap nowadays. Hopefully id sort things out and bring pc fps gaming back alive...can already see Valve slipping and delivering console shit to the pc market.

id kinda was always known for their engines not their games.
im mean Carmack is a tech guy not a script writer or game designer.
its not that suprising that id games lack everthing but gfx.

but that hes that delusional kinda freaked me out.
