there are quite a few customers are finding their "Orange Box" games have been deactivated by Valve because they bought them from a seller that wasn't authorized to do business with US customers.

Limited license use, what a joke. Online activation..... you can Keep it all afaic.
VALVE encourage piracy with their draconian attitudes. As long as a bought game is genuine, who the hell are they to disable accounts because they are bought outwith territories. Like there are millions of gamers who buy games from abroad.
