You know, the game turned out to be okay.
Problem is, there are a few quests and upgrades that are broken in single player - I expected those to be fixed.
Is it a new trend to abandon software support after 5 months???

Yep, when a game doesn't sell well, cut costs early. That's EA's way. Everyone I knew got bored of this game and quit, reason I didn't buy it. but maybe one day when it's < $19.99.

What makes it boring is the tons of waiting for the slow UI and the unskippable animations/sequences that you have to watch 100s of times.
The fact that you have to hold buttons to collect and activate stuff takes away a great deal of playtimes as well.
You click on items/messages and it take a while for them to appear...
Not sure what those idiots were thinking...
Did they get a bonus for having to waste players' time?

That's part of it, but overall it's just a do this, now do this, now do that. I was already getting tired of the last game, I just barely held on long enough to finish it. And 3rd person..nah

At least buying it at the fraction of the price is not as much as a loss if I get bored playing it.
