Microsoft today announced Halo Online, a PC-exclusive free-to-play title that will launch in Russia only. The development of the game will be handled by Saber Interactive, who previously helped develop Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary edition and the recently released, Halo: The Master Chief Collection. 343 Industries
