Yawn. Laggy bugfest with poor physics modelling and a brutally punishing grind. This is by far the poorest effort in the franchise's history. It'll be dead and buried in 18 months, maybe less. Good riddance. |

In other words, yet another franchise that with every iteration gets dumber and dumber: a true cancer of the entire gaming industry simply catering to low hanging fruit. I guess we all don't have time to involve ourselves in games and just want the quick thrill and we're out. Truly, a sorry and sad affair of hyper-entertainism... |

Hm, i played it too since closed Beta and yes, it has some problems. Thats no difference to every other game of today. And yes, it don´t has so much overrated features as battlefield-cashcow or callofdollars/duty, but it has the right features for ppl loving battletech. As with the other games of the MW-Universe it´s a game that will be played longterm only from fans. But even that is no difference to every other MW-game. and for the grind-thing: it´s not diablo or WWC and there is even nothing to grind elese then play the game. and after 2 hours everbody has the needed points for the basic abilitys. low to no grinding IMHO.
if someone like stumping around as a big armed semi-robot - thats a good game for no costs. |

i dont recommend anyone waist there time on this game just yet.
Im a founder and closed beta player and the improvement in this game is minimal at best.
Maps are bland and dull, with NO destructibility at all. want to stomp a tree or car? nope cant do that.
when a mech gets destroyed, it falls like a rag doll that fell limp. no reactor breach or anything.
also when your in the mech it feels so small, my atlas feels like nothing due to the environments being so large.
still no dx11.
premium accounts are pointless, and they release hero mechs that are bought for real money way to often.
its really boring to play. not one map stands out just play world of tanks till this game gets better. |
