Happy Thanksgiving...but this video is disgusting. Not much different than McDonalds - all carcinogenic and full of fat. That kind of "thanksgiving" is rather punishing to the people who eat it...

Yea, turkey is being slaughtered this time of year Razz

on a side note and completely OT: Turks are actually not a fat nation. I think that them being Muslims (hah, Mu-Slims Razz ) and not eating pork might have something to do with it. Or maybe it's the poverty, idk, I am not a Turk I just visited couple of times...

Already the first one is a lie.
I lost 30kgs using a meat/salad diet, so I should know.

bacon (not fried) + tomato + garlic (no bread, nothing else) = making your body think that you have more then enough fat to go around so it starts dumping fat, hence you loose weight. My family lives on country for generations, it's a well know weight loss diet and it works.

I myself prefer to eat chicken, fish and veal/lamb chomps Smile I am not a fan of pig eating, I don't like it very much, even thou I almost always eat pig meat that was bred on farms (usually take them from my family's farm).
Pig meat also makes me feel, well, not so good during hot weather but I have a weak stomach.

I eat little pork nowadays. Tastes like crap in Canada - like most of the stuff you get around here.
Needless to say, stuff from the farm is a different story - those are great!

You were most likely eating lean meat, not bacon. But even if you were eating lots of animal fat, that's close to ketogenic diet, which causes kidney stones if you do it for more than a week. All these diets are bull though. Get your macro and micro nutrients right and train if you really want to be healthy and good looking and maybe try being vegetarian / vegan.

If quoting research is not good enough for you, no one can help you leave your delusional state. Wink
