Can you sell your digital download (from STEAM) onwards once you've finished with it,like a gift, or are you stuck with it?

Ah well, be a laugh if your HDD ever goes down or you decide to format for a new OS. Imagine downloading ,say 10 bought games from STEAM, how long that would take? Or what the hit is on your bandwidth! Shocked

Then the future is ALL downloads or played off a server via straming...no thanks. What a HUGE risk, imagine your in the middle of a 4hr gaming session and the net goes down, even for a glitch -with NO save!!

Besides, who really wants binaries and no manual and no hard copy? Pain in the butt if you ask me.
Prefer buying second-hand/used from shops than this route.
