According to you which is the most Popular game ever?

Which game would be the best seller of all times?

For me it was deutros + dragons breath
on the amiga system Wink

But overall i think the sims wins hands down
as a best seller, thats not my choice btw

the most popular game ever will almost definately be The Sims, it was number 1 best seller in USA for a hell of a long time!!

my favorite game would prolly be Cal of Duty or Red Alert!

man keep coming to this gaming site kids. HL period owns anything related to most sold or played and it isn't even close. runner up would maybe be Sims. but nothing to my knowledge has outsold HL 1. i know, it's sad that so many keep playing HL but what can you do with a p90 and a 3dfx card eh?

the definately best game ever was pirates on my commadore 64 followed closely by speedball on the amiga. nothing else is comparable.

I think the best selling game is Delta Force Black Hawk Down you can go to www.novalogic.com to see it plus they're new game out called Joint Operations might be the next #1 best selling i think "The Sims" is 2nd best selling game! sorry to say..

I agree that Joint Operation might be the next best seller, looks cool to me.

But this Damn Sims game is never gonna leave the top 5 slot ever.
U can see that in every list that is posted in Gameguru.

Correction, Sims 2 will never leave the charts. lol. Sims 2, even if you had Sims, is amazing. Graphically amazing and ZERO lag. God I never wanted to play Sims 1(and I didn't), but after seeing Sims 2, I actually played it for 2 hours last night. Very impressive and fun.

lol ya but on all game sites they're comparing Joint Operations with Medal of honor and battle field 1942 plus alot more other games and they're saying no game has comparison with Joint Operations! it just might be the next #1 selling pc game of the year.

I would have to say the best selling game of all time would be probably the Sims but i dont know why it is the crappiest thing i have ever played and there is no point to it wat so ever

For general information, the sims is the all-time best selling PC game ever (it has beaten Myst who had the title since 1993).

As long as I'm concern, the Civilization serie and the GTA serie(impatiently waiting for the PC version of San Andreas Wink

) are probably the most fun/time consuming ratio (wich is, by my standards, the best indicator of quality in the gaming industry). By the way, if you didn't like sims 1, wich is my case, give a shot to sims 2, it is surprinsingly entertaining...

So we are sure that Sims is the best selling game ever, although I dont think I would be able to digest that ever.

And I would love to agree with you Al Ak Azou that the GTA series are one of the best. Even I am waiting for the PC version of GTA San Andreas with all its new great features. Specially those like running a Casino and that in GTA San Andreas the player can swim which was a huge disadvantage in all other versions. Lets hope the PC version comes out asap.
