The Outsider is a high-tech thriller based in present-day Washington DC and its suburbs. The CIA HQ, Langley AFB, and Washington Monument are all locations in actual game. As you can see from the images, the game has a very stylized look about it.

So when did Wii become the all powerfull photorealistic console? anyone else smell cutscene (CGI) for those caps?
