set bool ConsoleEnabled = true, then enter next cheats:
SetImmortalMode - God Mode
LoadFullAmmo - Full Ammo
SetUnlimitedAmmo - Unlimited Ammo
or edit InstallDir\\Common\\Helicopter.script and change all that you want
