Island Xtreme Stunts [cheats]
Start game as usual. During gameplay press the following key-sequence
twice (!) in order to enable the other key-sequences (this must be
done once only):
UP, DOWN, UP, UP, JUMP, PIZZA, JUMP, JUMP, DOWN, UP, DOWN, DOWN,
PIZZA, JUMP, PIZZA, PIZZA (The stars briefly exploding over
Peperoni will confirm that a key-sequence has succesfully been
entered).
Now use the following key-sequences during gameplay:

JUMP, PIZZA, JUMP, JUMP - Win Mission

RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT - Unlock Subgames (Freeway Frenzy,
Motorbike Mayhem, Wave Catcher, Air Chase and Ripcord Rescue)

RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT - Go To Cheat Menu
