Europa Universalis 3 [cheats]
1. Start game.
2. While ingame, hit § (the key under ESC for some ppl), ½ or ALT+21 on
the numpad to access the console.
3. You can now use the following codes, has to be case sensitive:
die native = Natives are now attacking
pirate = Pirates now roam
cash = Now we have cash!
stability = Stability for the people!
prestige = Glory to us!
spy = Spies added!
diplomat = Diplomats added!
missionary = Missionaries added!
merchant = Merchants added!
colonist = Colonists added!
fow on = Fog Of War turned on
fow off = Fog Of War turned off.
discover (Province ID) = Province type discovered.
Example:
discover 20 = Province 20 discovered
undiscover (Province ID) = Province type undiscovered.
Example:
undiscover 20 = Province 20 undiscovered.
revolt (Province ID) = Revolt created.
Example:
revolt 20 = Revolt in province 20
invest + (tech) + (amount of cash) = "Explained below"

There are more event cheats but these are the ones I like;
event 5031 = choice to add +25 to Army Tradition
event 5036 = choice to add +25 to Naval Tradition
event 5039 = choice to raise manpower by +15%
These cheats can be repeated, so you can stack as many +15% to the manpower that you want. Or always be maxed out at 100 for your Army and Naval Tradition.
