Unpack/overwrite file into your game directory, run the game as usual
and you will have:
* Unlocked all (special and secret) skaters
* Unlocked all levels in story gamemode
* Unlocked all movies
* Access to in-game cheat menu (press ESC during gameplay to pause
game, then select "cheats" from the menu)
