Unpack/overwrite file into your game directory, run game as usual
and you will have access to all missions, vehicles and special modes.
NOTE: This game is either very buggy or beta, for which reason
after completing the game and subsequently game announcing
that player has unlocked everything, player will only have
access to all new vehicles in the cruising-mode.
