2.) Load up the game like always.

1.) Unlim. health
2.) Unlim. flag jacket
3.) Unlim. ammo
4.) Unlim. car armor
5.) Unlim. money
6.) Freeze time
7.) Freeze mission time
8.) One hit kill
9.) No lose of fatigue while running
10.) No cops cheat
11.) Enable weapon cheat (Press 1 to 3 in game)
12.) Blast all cars beside you (Press 4 in game)
13.) Spawn panzer (Press 5 in game)
