Grand Theft Auto: Vice City [all access cheat]

This saved game has all levels unlocked, including the boat dock.
Place the "GTAVCsf8.b" saved game in your "My DocumentsGTA Vice City
User Files" folder. If you want to change the slot it uses, change
the "8" to another number (between 1 and 8).
Unrar, and put the .b file to your save dir, Enjoy
