Master Of Orion 3 - race hack
Start up Moo III. Hit "New Game". Choos a
race, and hit "Customize". Add any traits
you want, you can be perfect in all, if
you like. Your "balance" of traits in this
case will be -somehundreds.
ALT+TAB out of MooIII, run the application,
and ALT+TAB back into MooIII. If the graphics
are fucked up, hit CTRL+ALT+ESC and they
refresh. You should now see that the
"Confirm" button is no longer grayed out. If
it still is, however, try just modifying your
emperor name a bit, that usually fixes it.
