Unzip/Unrar trainer into your game directory, then start trainer
with "pztrain.exe", and finally start the game. During gameplay
toggle trainer options by pressing the following key combinations:

F5 Toggle Infinite Lives
F6 Toggle Infinite Health
F7 Toggle Infinite Mega Bombs
F8 Toggle Infinite Continue Credits
